What do you think is the hardest part to portray via Film or TV.

For me it is acting Drunk but do think Selina Griffiths did a great job. BTW Selina is Annette Crosbie's daughter.

No, it's acting as if you really fancy your "partner" when he/she has bad breath and you've got to be all sexy and lovey dovey with them.
Chris gascoyne aka Peter Barlow plays theeee best drunk by a mile!
Definitely a hard emotion to portray!

Disagree Curly as I saw so many mistakes he made - eg kept looking at monitors to see if they were "on" him. no, not good.
The worst ever drunk portrayal was Les Dennis recently in Corrie. Laughable!
Withnail And I has the ultimate in drunk/high portrayals.
I didn't see anything special in that vid.
I think you're all wrong regarding drunk scenes. The idea is that the person is inebriated and looking towards a camera is purely fluke. Pretending to be drunk is one of the easiest things to do. Don't forget that most of the actors/actresses out there have been paralytic more than once in their life time.
I think each individual actor will have their strengths and weaknesses for some it is love scenes for others anger and so on.
I think that I've been a little too quick to answer this question. Cheers Mamyalynne for making me realise. I'd like to retract what I said. If I was an actor I'd be good at playing the village drunk as my past kind of suits that; love scenes I'd be shocking at :/
I've never seen a sporting scene that looks anything like "the real thing" in any TV soap or drama.
She's the spit of her mother..she even sounds the same as Annette! :)
Ah well.....i guess we are all about. "IMHO" on this site
I reckon laughing or crying spontaniously and convicingly has to be pretty hard to muster up.

Interesting fact: Richard E Grant was a teetotaller when he played that role. Probably still is for all I know.
I'm not sure I have ever seen a convincing yawn......
I was going to say Chris Gascoyne (Peter Barlow in Corrie) and I saw you'd beaten me to it curly !
And reading Jack's reply has just made me yawn (not in a boring way)
I never seen a convincing slurp of tea/coffee.
Chaptazbru2..... Will always beat you to Peter Barlow. (Aka my 2nd husband....althouh he doesnt know it yet!).
No sorry curly, he's mine, all mine !
