Am Looking To Download A Free Legal Or Legitimate Tv Player.
37 Answers
Hi
Am looking to download a free legal or legitimate tv player that can play all BBC, ITV and other UK channel catch-up programs instead of using the separate players. Can you help by providing a suggestion?
Thank you from

Thank you for your quick reply +
your suggestion.
Also, do apologise for not 'saying'
that the operating system that I'm
using is Windows 7 Home Premium
32-bit.
But need to inform you of 2 things:
1. When I visited the site I realised
straight away that there was not
a free legal or legitimate tv player
to download, that I originally asked
for in my question!
2. There is a chat option available on
the site, which I did use to ask a
"Free tv player" question. But it
does not allow anyone to chat for
free because 'you' first have to
register, which I did reluctantly.
After registering the chat option did
not allow me to send that question!
So, sorry for 'saying' this but, if you do
answer my original question again please
make sure that you include a free legal
or legitimate tv player, which will be a
downloaded program, for a suggestion in
your answer.
Thank you again and I do look forward to
receiving your answer soon in the near future.

TVCatchup has plenty of fans:
http:// tvcatch up.com/ new/
However a far, far better option is to invest £9.99 (inc p&p) in a Now TV Box, which turns a 'standard' TV set into a 'smart' one:

Hi Buenchico
Thank you for your quick reply +
your suggestion.
But a correction, because my
original question was:
"Am looking to download a free
legal or legitimate tv player that
can play all BBC, ITV and other UK
channel catch-up programs instead
of using the separate players".
Also, I said to kjn2 in my reply:
"a free legal or legitimate tv player,
which will be a downloaded program".

Hi Buenchico, hc4361 + methyl
Thank you all for your quick reply.
But a correction + I apologise
for saying this:
We, my wife + myself, do have
a TV licence and do have a TV.
Also, have found out that anyone
can watch "catch-up" tv on a laptop
but not 'live broadcast' tv. If you do
not believe me then Google it by
typing in "Do you need a tv licence
to watch tv programs on a laptop"!
Thank you all. Thread closed.

Hi methyl
Have 2 questions to ask you because I'm curious.
1. Why have you posted the following reply at the
bottom of each page after my reply to those
who have replied to my posted questions?:
"Goodnight and goodbye";
2. Is the reason why you have posted that reply is
because you are an administrator or moderator?
Also, just for you to know I have copied the e-mail
address of the editor just incase I need to get in
touch for any matter.
Thank you + do look forward to your reply soon.

Hi methyl
I apologise to you unreservedly and detract my message.
Reason why is because my wife said to me that the reason
why you have posted "Goodnight and goodbye" at the
bottom of each page after my reply to those who have replied
to my posted questions is because, as she put it, "everyone
has gone to bed"!
Should have realised this before posting my reply to you and I
really do apologise. Sorry for jumping to the wrong thought!
Do hope that I can post more questions on this site in the future.

Hi 1ozzy
Thank you for your reply.
But I am quite surprised
that I was amusing or that
I was causing 'amusement
today' and it was 'greatly
appreciated'!
Also, do have a question
regarding what you 'said':
Was it all a test?
Please explain a little bit
as I'm intrigued to know!
