Incidentally, did anyone notice that Agnes Tinker was played by Juliette Kaplan whose former acting credit was as Pearl in Last of The Summer Wine?

It took me a few minutes to recognise the voice!

I laughed so much the tears were tripping me, I think i'll watch it again as everyone gave a sterling performance and i'm sure I missed lots of little things !
Tim and Sally stole the show....Tims flick of his hair (wig) to Sal had me in stitches.

Yes, i recognised the ex- Brookside one. The other older one sounded to me as if she'd never acted before and I thought the couple from Kirk's side looked like Alf Roberts when he danced and someone in drag.

I don't think Sean's wig looked like George Michael at all- more like Melvyn Bragg
