Two Pints of Lager - name of a song

I watched an episode of Two Pints a few weeks ago and I think it was the very last episode of one of the series (I don't know which one).  Anyway, right at the end they showed a montage of all the characters messing about/hugging each other etc to a song which sounds like its Westlife - something about "swept away by love" or "drowning in your love" but I don't know what its called - does anyone out there know?
