The Case Of Henry Fred Chichester

Can anyone help? I saw a documentary on how fred chichester may have been wrongly accused of his neighbour, maryann meola after he had a party. He was convicted, but all evidence was circumstantial and the private investigative pointed towards a man called Jeff something. When the victim was found, there were hairs found under her fingernails. After 7 odd years, finally, the da agreed to have a dna test done. The results were doe in 2003, but I cannot find for life of me what the results were. Does anyone know?

I read somewhere (sorry dont remember where) they were tested. Only one had the ability to test for DNA. It came back not belonging to the accused. This did not, as yet, get him a new trial.
