What an eyeopener of what goes on in Japan, and worth a watch.
Choose your room from the photo menu with the invisible reception, food, drink, sex toys etc all available from room service which is served through a wall waiter.
Lots of different clientele, bondage, gay, husband and wives.
Themes of the rooms consisted of, disco, gym with small boxing ring, a zoo etc, and you don't see any staff and pay by slot machine.
There are/was 37,000 in Japan, and the police are trying to close them.

I really felt for these couples...the married pair getting away from their wee shoebox of a flat, and trying to bring the spark back. The elderly couple who may have once had a fling, and now met to dance. The gay lawyers whose careers would be ruined if they came out.
And the employees...all quite old! Worrying about their jobs.
It's a shame there were so many new laws being passed making keeping the hotels open difficult. No mirrors on the ceiling...no dancing after midnight???
