What the heck was that about. What kind of an ending was that. Half way through I thought I was getting most of it. Has it been left like that for another series? I still had to ask OH who is that a few times but he was as unclear as me.

Those old photos the woman detective found were of the black cop and safe house woman as children, are they brother and sister? Very confused.

Very bad ending to a thrilling program, disappointing to say the least.

I think we are meant to take it that Mark and Katy were, indeed, brother and sister, and that his remark to her that Robert had come along and stolen her from him showed just how unhinged he was long before his affair with the murdered Susan.

The ending was adequate, imho. He is on the run and is a complete nut-job. Though i suppose it is always open for a second series.

This sort of thing drives me up the wall.

I suspect they were brother and sister - that was my guess last night.

I'm a simple soul and at the end of a series I like to see all loose ends tied up....I still haven't forgiven the BBC over the ending of Missing last year having pent 8 hours over the course of two months watching it.

i watched it but must admit i wasnt keen on it and the ending was just daft!! obviously for another series but i wont be watching it

I thought that they were maybe brother and sister initially, then maybe adopted, hence maybe more of a creepy attraction and the not letting her go thing. He did say something about them coming from the same place though so maybe a foster home even or similar history.

Maybe there was some kind of coverup in the past, which was why she came to the conclusion so quickly about the lady who got shot trying to protect the man who had her killed thinking she had turned on him.

I guess it does leave it open for another series (will they need their own safe house???).

I enjoyed it overall though.

Eve, you have just reminded me when he said that '' coming from the same place '', I am sure she said, no we didn't, or I don't think so, and not sure that was the time he went to hold her hand, and she pushed it away.
