Made uncomfortable viewing tonight, I actually noted the dog shaking throughout it all.

I wouldn't watch the show last night because of the dog act and I'm distressed to read about her shaking on this thread, poor little thing. I was one of the many who reported it to the RSPCA, I emailed ITV as well. The panel call themselves dog lovers, but a TRUE dog lover would never put their pet through that, after all she has no choice. I wonder if the fact that this...

I am not keen on animal acts BUT.....I couldn't see that the dog was shaking.
It looked quite calm, and trotted off at the end of the act.
What is the fuss?

She was definitely shaking but it was more of a tremble. My Lab quivers when there is thunder or on Bonfire Night so, I know what I saw.

I'm glad he wasn't picked.

Our Labs tremble like that when they see a sausage roll.....horrible act and not even funny -especially when he called Amanda 'common'. Glad he did not get through but I doubt animal welfare is an issue there.
