As I see it, the person who won the competition was Jules. It's her bank account that will be receiving the money. She was the one who put the effort into training the dogs for the audition, the semi-final and the final. We saw three different dogs, at least some of which were rescue dogs. We also know that we saw three different dogs.
The name of the act hardly comes into it - I think that came from the first audition, where it was just Jules and Matisse. In the semi-final it was obvious there was more to it than that, as it was in the final, since in both cases there were at least two dogs on stage at the same time. It always starts with Matisse though. He is the star dog.
I think Jules and her dogs are very talented and entertaining, and she deserved to win. I also think she deserves the kids TV show she dreamt of. Just my opinion!

> It was an entertaining act that was deservedly voted as the winner, get over it guys!!! and no, I am not a lover of dog acts. Silly nonsense!!
Well said Ratter.
As dog acts go, it was brilliant. As magic acts go, Jamie Raven was above average but not brilliant, and a bit needy and ungracious. As choir acts go, Cor Glanaethwy was brilliant but impractical; the choir equivalent of a church organ.

Perhaps a more honest - and more entertaining way to get round this would for the lady to advise that Matisse is scared of heights - which apparently is true - so he has a 'stunt double' to do that bit - and bring on the other dog.
The audience would appreciate the humour of the situation, and no deception would have been involved.

danny I don't really know where you are coming from. Say there was an act called 'The Smith Duo' people voted them to the finals and then it turned out they had two other singers singing in the wings - deception. If they were called 'The Smiths' then as long as there was more than one of them this would account for any number of people singing. Same thing with the Jules and her dogs.
