Telecoms And Tv Costs

Having just got used to switching utility providers, I'm now about to look closely at the above to achieve some savings. Here's what OH and I currently pay with current providers:
Sky for TV - £66.75 (I'd like to keep the Sports channel and Sky Go. Could possibly do without the £10 premium for HD. Won't all channels ultimately be in HD?) Haven't investigated any of the other TV services.
BT for landline (free calls after 7.00 p.m. and weekends) and Broadband Infinity - £71.50. The broadband service has been excellent so don't want any deterioration. The BT package also includes 'free' BT Sport. Can't say I'm fussed about that, but may become more useful as BT expands its service.
EE for mobiles - we've both just come out of 24 month contracts which gave us good deals (because we threatened to leave them). Now the deals have jumped to the full price and free talk/text minutes have been halved. (Last month's bill for OH came to £53.) I imagine when we tell EE we wish to cancel (once I get through) they'll come back with another 'offer. I guess the same may apply when I contact Sky and BT. (Also just noticed that it's supposed to be easier now to switch Broadband providers.)
So, before I dive in, I'd be interested in receiving others' experiences of the above sort of scenarios. Thanks in advance.

BT in particular, by a considerable margin.
Do your homework and present Sky and BT with the better deals you have found. Almost certainly they will make you an offer.
I was with Orange for mobile phone and saved quite a bit of money moving to Tesco Mobile. They use the O2 network. Tesco Mobile customer service is much better than EE, I have found. Which Magazine, the consumer folk, agree.
