It's a TV programme, baz, where a Detective Inspector from England is seconded to a small Caribbean island to head up their equivalent of CID. He has a couple of uniformed officers to help him and the usual tasty female detective who spends most of each episode trying to allow her to help him analyse his samples of bodily fluids. The force's transport consists of a motorbike and sidecar and an aged Land Rover. The whole lot is overseen by Commissioner Patterson (played by Don Warrington, covered in gold braid, lanyards, epaulettes and "scrambled egg").
I find it quite amusing, especially the way in which the detective assembles all the suspects to make his denouement in “Poirot” style.
