Truly the judges and judiciary - personally to me - they don't know either but need to put forward some kind of paperwork for judgement and the powers to be. Bless them. I think the Florida man deffo was safe.,
Same as all the guys who jailed for the stuff in ireland. Guildford Four,
Conlon Family and they were innocent. wouldn't it be great to have a graphic DNA, massive machine would get it right. first time round.

in the case of the man with the missing letter the crown court said it would make NO difference to the arrest warrant but then his mum found it and all was well !! and if he had gone to the station where he was originally questioned by the female officer they would have had a record of the time and date and who was who, just seems a bit fake to me
