Email Address For Sky Customer Services

Can anyone tell me the email address for Sky customer services? I can't find it on the sky.com site and any email I've received from them always has a no reply address.

Many big companies prefer not to have publicly-available email addresses. Some firms offer web forms instead whereas others, such as Sky, prefer customers to phone. (That's actually something that I welcome because phone calls, where discussions can take place, are a vastly more efficient way of solving problems than sending constant streams of emails back and forth).

However a bit of googling suggests that these addresses might work:

But I still think phoning is better!

(Free if you get your phone service from Sky. Also free if you've got a call package, on either a landline or mobile, that gives you free calls to normal 01 or 02 numbers. The same price as calling 01 or 02 numbers otherwise).

Thank you for your help Buenchico, I'll try the email address but will probably end up phoning them - I just find it easier to write rather than talk to people I don't know.

I find with emails that, however long I spend crafting my email, these organisations usually answer a different question to the one I asked (often just giving a standard FAQ type reply) so further emails are necessary. Also it can be a few days before it gets looked at. If there is no long queue to push the call costs up I agree that it's usually more effective to ring
