Thank you
How did the owners find out Steve had it? Must have missed that bit.
I have a corrie question...does anybody remember what happened to the house that Blanche gave to Tracy.
Millie - I'm a bit confused about the dog too...I do know it's Simon's dog in real life though :)

Cupid - Blanche bought the house for her & Tracy to live in but sold it again to pay for a hip operation abroad. There was a long wait for the NHS. Funny that, I thought all soap characters automatically went to the front of the queue. :)
(aha, I see someone woke up about 60 mins ago.) (Robinia will understand)

I usually watch but I don't remember seeing the dog before and i'd forgotten all about what happened to Blanche's house. Most of it just washes over me but it's worth watching just for thhe occasional comic scenes- like the one where the social worker thought Gail was the one taking drugs
What about the Car Steve spent a fortune on?
Didn't he have some huge debts. I assume he sold it.
But a lot of things are never explained in Corrie- such as why no-one notices Maria is heavily pregnant, no-one ever talks about Calais etc, and who looks after Maria's child
I love the way Steve is with that little dog, he seems to genuinely care for it. It's a lovely little thing, always wagging its tail.

Calais, fiction-factory ?
The Calais migrant issue, the election, TV soaps, etc
chapt, he does genuinely care for the dog - it's his own dog in real life :)
Is it ??? Oh that's lovely. When I read the comment that it was 'Simon's' real dog, I thought the poster meant the character Simon !!

I see ff.
Current affairs aren't discussed in soaps because the episodes are filmed too far in advance.
A casual comment about the Calais situation could backfire if there were a major explosion and hundreds of people died between the recording and broadcast, for example, or just after the broadcast.
More to the point, where the ruddy hell is his twin brother ?
He's in Spain, Steve is not long back from staying with him and Liz goes there often.
Ah ! I haven't watched Corrie for over 20 years !

While I am at it...I haven't seen Uncle Albert for years !
Uncle Albert is still in it. Well, his photo is often seen in the Barlow's house, and Deirdre's photo is now next to it.
No-one has seen uncle Albert since he went to Blackpool with Minnie Caldwell in the early '70s
Can I ask a question please? What's happened to Gavin Rodwell/Andy, has Michael washed his hands of him? x
There were signs that Michael was tentatively coming round when he was feeling ill in the Bistro and Andy helped him.

I didn't realise that the chap who plays Andy also played Florian Dupont in Mr Selfridge
