The problems of technology mean that there is a delay on questions and answers - so a lot of interruptions occur, which are unavoidable.

He may have struggled with Eamon's accent as well.

He was a little prickly, and his surgery is not looking good now!

I think you're being very harsh, as was Eamonn and to a lesser extent Ruth. The guy is an alcoholic, he's in the midst of a divorce, he's just gone bankrupt, is selling his home, he's had a very public fall from grace.... But he is still a human being. Show some compassion please. Holmes certainly should have
