I must complain about the BBC's Rightist bias. They made a far greater issue of Brown describing just one voter as a bigot then they did about Cameron describing all Yorkshire people as haters.
Well, a personalised insult is generally viewed as being more severe than a broad sweeping one — unless that broad one is race-related of course, or some other category that tends to get an -ism attached to it :)
...hmm, maybe you need to invent one Canary... "Yorkshism"? ;)
