This seemed another weird one. I know I forget things but was the baby in last weeks episode?
The Chinese funeral too, why? At the start they were talking Chinese with subtitles then later on both were speaking English.
The programme seems to be deteriorating which is such a shame because I really like it.

Girlfriend turned up at the end of last week's episode, obviously brought baby then.

Lily's father has died, they likely speak their own language a lot when it is just the two of them.

There was a special 15 minute episode available on the Red button immediately after last week's episode which carried on where last week's episode ended, this showed Taylor turning up and delivering the news that Baby was Cal's, Cal & Ethan needed to treat either Taylor or Baby can't remember which, this was done secretly upstairs in the ED because Taylor is still wanted by Police, Cal fell asleep and when he woke up Taylor had done a runner leaving a note and the baby for Cal. Hence the appearance of Baby this week.
