From Wikipedia:
"In the early 1990s, a range of tangy Worcester Sauce Twiglets was introduced. These were not as popular as the original flavour and had been withdrawn by the end of the decade"
I'd still give the stale ones a go! How come things like dates still come back every Christmas? Who eats dates for goodness sake? But those twiglets, the best of all Christmas snacks dies out?
Mr Daniels. You got me all excited then. I went into my local Waitrose and they don't stock it. Also the link says not currently available. I fear that they have gone forever like Alien Spacers. Ahh well :-( Thanks for trying.
I stayed in a hotel where one of my colleageues raided his mini bar during the night. He found a mini packet of Worcester Sauce Twiglets and ate them. The next day, most of the skin on his tongue was peeling off. He had eaten nothing all day apart from the Twiglets. Maybe there have been adverse reports regarding the additives in Worcester Sauce Twiglets and that is why you can`t buy them these days.
