Which Day Don't We Get Newspapers?

There will be no papaers on Christmas Day (and very few places to buy them from even if there was).

As a rough guide to Bank/Public Holiday publication, if there's horseracing scheduled there will be papers, if not there won't. That usually means no papers on Christmas Day or Good Friday but papers on the other six national holidays.

The Times used to publish on the 25th (about 10 years ago) but I don't know if it still does; it's probably up to the individual editor. Best ask your newsagent if he's expecting any papers in.

I don't think NJ is quite correct. I have been receiving papers on GF for over 30 years. Wheher or not race meetings are always held that day I don't know.
