aloe vera!!

has anyone tried any aloe vera products?i have just bought some holland &barratt aloe vera tablets as they are on offer..and they are supposed to boost your immune system..and encourage b12 to grow..and i am deficient in that so i am giving them a whirl..i just wondered if anyone has had any aloe vera products..i am very suspicious and believe things give you signs...dont laugh but my aloe vera house plant is growing really fast and big..so i thought i would give aloe vera a trial..

Aloe vera is excellent mullein2 I used to take 1 every day and my skin had never felt better and I was never ill either although that could have just been a luck coincidence! Don't know why I stopped taking them really I think I'll fetch some myself!

As for the Aloe vera plant, its healing properties are fantastic, If you have a cut just snap off a leaf and rub onto the cut and it will heal in next to no time. The only down side of this is that if you don't use it straight away it smells like bad BO but the benefits are endless - I even use it on my dogs and it works a treat.

thats amazing i think i will get some more of the tablets while they are so cheap..they have about �2 off them at the moment..they are supposed to be anti bacterial..anti fungal..and encourage healthy growth of b12..i think i will take them all winter..i take echinacea and havnt had a cold for 6 years..so i thought i would give these a whirl also..

I�ve heard lots about Aloe Vera juice being great for your digestive tract, so have recommended my boyfriend to take it as he suffers from colitis. So far so good, although it�s not been long enough to really judge yet! Also, this probably sounds really silly � but once I scratched my nostril after chopping chillies and as you can imagine it was burning like hell! Water wasn�t stopping the burning so I washed my nose out with some Crabtree & Evelyn body wash which was the only Aloe Vera stuff I had on me at the time. It stopped the burning right away! So I think its great stuff! I�m quite tempted to try these tablets myself now�
