wiltsman: My suggest was nearly the same as Mikey's except I add the sugar before the milk and usually after removing the teabag. It's sometimes best to add the sugar more or less straight after putting the boiling water in the mug/cup; I have tea very very strong so if I don't add the sugar before the removing the bag then I end up forgetting if I've put the sugar in or not when it comes to removing the bag lol. I usually leave my teabag mashing for at least 5 minutes.
Adding the sugar before or after removing the bag doesn't make any difference, if so then it's so little that most people wouldn't be able to tell. I tried the test on my partners group and they didn't know the difference between a cup of tea made like how Mikey does them or how I make my tea. The only slight difference could be that a small amount of the sugar is lost when the teabag is remove (soaked into the bag) and the temperature of the water will drop ever so slightly (we're talking about a drop in temperature that would need to be measured to two, maybe even three, decimal places).
Bit of a long 'essay' of mostly bulked out information and opinions however I felt like writing them in depth.
Completely off topic, I just don't want to make a new thread just to say "Hey, how is everyone?" :) So.......
Hey, how is everyone? :)
