Kindle

I have a kindle paper white. For the second time it will not open. The first time it happened it came on after trying it for numerous times. This time it doesn't come on after trying on and off for quite a while now, I have had it on charge for about 2 hours now but still no luck.
Has anyone else had this problem? Hollytree

Ring Amazon on 0800 496 1081 and ask for Kindle help.They should be able to sort it for you.

How long have you had the device? If you've had it for a long time, then perhaps it's gone to the great e.library in the sky. However, it's still worth giving Amazon a call. They might even be able to replace it for you if you haven't had it for very long ..... (but don't tell them I told you that).
