Do Doctor fans think that the new practice manager will stay in the part, and do fans think that Mrs Tembe will return? Hope so. By the way, am I right in thinking that the new practice manager was a doctor in either Casualty or Holby City? (Not sure if the spelling is practice or practise, am sure that someone will put me right. Lol)

Yes the new PM was in one of them. Not sure which. I don't think Mrs T will return, more's the pity. Although if he is exposed a a racist no-good, she might make a triumphant return, at a higher salary. Lol
