Very Old Tv Drama About An Alleged Kidnap

Hi. Started to watch BBC's 'Thirteen' (which is gripping) and I'm reminded of an old TV drama about an alleged kidnap. I was quite young when it was shown and just have patchy recollections: a girl bungled into a car, possibly the boot; possibly victim accused an elderly lady or sisters; there was doubt if there was actually a crime. I'm going back to 60s I reckon but it may have been re-made in the 70s.
I know this is very vague but does it ring any bells with anyone who can enlighten me with the title? Thanks.

I think it may have been an old black and white film. The young girl accused the sisters of kidnap and being held in their house. She said she escaped and later described the inside of the top floor room where she was kept. It was eventually proved that she made the whole thing up and was describing the room which she was able to see from the top of a double decker bus stopped at the bus stop outside their house. Thinking back now,they were not sisters,but the inference of lesbianism was made and went right over my head!
