....no pain!...Not a twinge.....

My thumb joints and one shoulder sometimes let me know I spent too many years doing Swedish Massage.....no point in a wussy massage...

Think the heavy gardening this week contributed to the pain......it was jolly sore.....and woke me up which I hate....... so.....

....Forty minutes with the acupuncturist.....needles from toes to neck and the pain's gone!

I could jump for joy...but that might be tempting fate......☺
