Heaven Or Hell

I use to love watching Saturday kitchen with James Martin, and the celebrity guest had to choose food heaven or food hell which they got at the end of the show depending on how the vote went.


What is you food heaven and hell?.

Mine.

heaven= shellfish or roast lamb

Hell= anything with broad beans or aubergine

Far too many hellish ingredients to list. One reason why no one in their right mind would agree to go on unless they were allowed to have 'heaven' and 'almost heaven pretending to be hell', instead.

real hell would be bananas and I would have to deny them the pleasure....I tend to agree with you, memories of school food and the attempts to 'sell' them three times before they went for pigswill.

Heaven - any meat, lobster and shrimp - probably not cockles, winkles etc - and when I say meat, I have eaten a pretty cosmopolitan selection, horse being one of the lesser ones.
