Most of the people on these shows do the rounds, once they've been on they get offered to do other shows.

A couple on Come Dine With Me this week were on a money saving show a few months ago, the woman made her kids order extra sausages for breakfast then she put them in her bag and saved them for lunch

hc, I remember seeing Graham on Holiday Homes Abroad, he was 'looking' for a flat in Spain, no surprise he didn't buy one so it just goes to show these people are handpicked.
