Funny Sketch - Student Buying Train Ticket Rowan Atkinson

I remember a sketch by I believe was Rowan Atkinson where he is acting as a railway ticket office clerk aelling a ticket to a student. The student first of all doesnt tell the clerk he is a student, then he hasnt got a pen either when he pays by cheque. I am trying to locate this
