...because nobody knows what the judges are going to say....but the words of the songs are known in advance....(it's live now)....simple when you think about it!

I'm aware its live ginger, but what you say about words of songs being known in advance, is not correct, because people sing in different versions, faster, slower etc.
but the people know how the songs are going ti be sung in advance too
Yes the songs have to be arranged to the music in advance so they know what version it is going to be.
Agreed, they will have the recordings for the tempo/beat and speed they need to show the subtitles in advance, from rehearsals etc.
trt....so it seems that I WAS correct, after all.
Next time, work it out for youself.
