A Quick Answer Please
16 Answers
My sister's friend has been offered (to her delight) we hope
In the the letter she has been offered a "preliminary offer" of a one bedroomed apartment.
She is a little autistic - but if she is being given this - it is her dream as it is beside her brother.
What does preliminary offer truly mean. Quick answer please - as they are on the phone.

drinking, urinating defecating, screaming rape - nearly every night - I truly don't how they did their work.
yes their universities have been contacted and police but nobody seems to care. Yeeha for you Monty (not her name) Am so delighted for you.

well jay jay - in the thirties ( my dad was a med student ) they used to say
the young drunks of today are the young doctors of tomorrow
I think it is the young bit rather than students -
one ex tenant's late party leavers ( 8 am ) collared a passerby and said "You are my effing landlord - call me a taxi!" or possibly effing taxi ....
And she did
and I later said to him: did your guest notice she had a few dogs in tow because she was the dog walker. Your landlord as you know is a man ( around 100kg) me that is. I dont mind but if he keeps it up someone will call the police
and he said: yeah I did wonder about that ....
[ too many parties and not enough rent so he ended up on the street ]
