last night was episode 12, i think there are 22 episodes in the series.

Last nights episode on E4 was 12, there are 24 in total. Second series already started in the States onto 4th/5th already I think.

Just to clarify the episode count - there are 24, but the last episode is double-length so C4/E4 will probably split it...

the last one is actually only a single epsiode but they have an hour episode recapping the series

Icemansav, the last one is double-length, but there is an additional hour-long episode called Lost : The Journey, which C4/E4 will probably show at some point.
