Sight unseen, it might be "Doug And Carol" (from "The Gift"), by Martin Davich, which is used quite alot with these two. Or "The Oogum Boogum Song" by Brenton Wood. Failing that, it might be an idea to track down the episode from this list --- http://www.digiserve.com/er/episodes/
