That's what I thought dotty, tis when the hussy (Mr Pressman's wife?  The fella who plays cards) leaves an opposite shack putting her tights in her handbag (the ho) and Baby is leaving Johnny's shack.

Being a massive fan of dirty dancing, I am sure that the song is the scene when the two (baby & Johnny) are lying in bed, and he is telling her about the dream he had when, her father put his arm around him, just like he done with robbie, in accepting him as baby's man.
