What is going on between Amy and Adam, the money behind the clock I never fathomed out. Sometimes I feel I have missed episodes. Anyone about to put my mind at ease?

I have watched Corrie from day one, I have never been as confused as I am lately. So many loose ends and unexplained items. I find myself keep checking back on google in case I have missed something.

Adam was pretending that he'd gone back to Canada so Amy was putting the money behind the clock for him to come and take while they were all supposed to be out at the concert.

Assume it was just money to tide him over.

But why? How did she get caught up in his deception?

I think Amy just wanted to help Adam out because she felt sorry for him after he was kind enough (so she thought) to take him to Deirdrie's grave and also because she thinks Ken is tight.
I have been puzzled more recently by continuity- I just don't remember Peter's stalker getting the black eye when he went round

I don't even remember Peter going round, let alone her cutting her face and smashing the house up!!!!! I keep wondering if I've fallen asleep and missed bits!

It is very odd at the moment. I wondered whatever Peter was talking about last night when he admitted to everyone else about the message on the phone and the Chloe stuff. Not to mention Eileen and the car she won, never driven before but somehow within the space of a couple of hours had managed to get a provisional licence and off she went.

Another baffled ABer here. On a different note, does anyone else think that Chloe pushed Ken down the stairs? Because it's so hard to follow now, i do not know who was where when it happened!!

When Ken went upstairs with his collar and tie on carrying the kettle there was someone banging at the door, then Ken said "hello who's that" which seemed odd as he was looking upstairs with a glazed expression, but we later found out it must have been because he heard someone upstairs. But who was banging at the door- can anyone remember?

Sinead was banging the door but Ken couldn't hear her because he was listening to his music.

When he went up the stairs he heard the back door rattle and said 'who's there?'

Amy believes that Adam is the only one in the family that has any time for her - they bonded at Deirdre's grave.

Big, big fan of Corrie, but I too am struggling with some of the storylines at the mo !

She bought an old violin Phelan found in a skip for 20 quid then smashed it.
She made Ken believe it was her own violin that was broken and he gave her 200 to buy a new one
