My question is: does anyone really think that was genuine? She couldn't possibly have performed that second song so perfectly without preparation and practice. Obvious fix

It always has been, with many acts who have toured, like the Philippine group from the past, but this girl has only done a little, :-)
She trained in Voice, Musical Theatre, Piano, Keyboard and Flute under the London College of Music & The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, and since then has sent the last 15 years performing in various projects.

She also posts songs on her YouTube channel.

The fix is not so much the fact that she has experience as the way her BGT appearance was made to look dramatic and memorable.
