I dont know why they didnt do better ... they took the rubbish dump evidence/facts at face value which was a mistake but hardly rocket science

[there is a public inquiry into someone without a gun who was shot dead by police in Manchester five years ago - and the lawyer for the dead man said - these witness statements are two weeks old....
Answer yeah we didnt get around to taking any from those involved until April 2017 a fortnight ago.....
