If anybody is interested in this then tomorrow nights episode - The Murder of Tia Sharp: 5 Years On - is where I live. It's actually just round the corner to me.
I remember it clearly when she went missing. All the neighbours (and me) were looking everywhere, handing out flyers, our road and in fact the whole town was invaded by the press, and there were police everywhere.
The day her body was found , I was on a tram as I had to nip into town, and everyone was still worried sick that she hadn't turned up. Then someone who was reading the news on their phone just stood up and said - "they've found her body in the loft". Everyone started crying - it was so surreal.

Ian Brady was the perfect example of a psychopath he never showed and sympathy, guilt or concern for his victims or their families.

That is scary! Did anybody watch this tonight then? It was very sad recalling it all.
I watched it but kept nodding off and hadn't a clue where they were up to because they just kept showing the same bits over and over and over again. They could have put the actual content in 30 minutes instead of 90!!
