Not wanting to pour cold water but are the tickets in your name? A piece on the radio today was about people being turned away from an event because the tickets were not in their name, some had been bought as presents and people had travelled a long way.
It seems harsh, we bought many concert tickets for our girls which would not have their names on the purchase record.

Zebo - just an afterthought . I've been to tons of concerts and most don't have you name printed on them. I've been to the 02 four times this year and none had - so how are people proving the bought them at the gates??
