Contact book by spotlight for artist agencies, where can i view a public copy?

Hi does anyone know where I can look at a public copy of the book contacts by spotlight publications that lists artist agencies. I live in the london area and want to look at a copy, does anyone know of any libraries etc that have a copy thx
