When I try to log in, it recognises my email address but not my password. I've clicked on the "can't remember your password?", it tells me it's sent me an email, but no email received. I've been trying this for the past few days. Unfortunately there's nowhere on the site that allows me to send a message asking for assistance.
it may be that it doesn't recognise your account after all but doesn't say so until it doesn't recognise the password either? Are you certain you're using the right account that you signed up with?
(You probably are, in which case follow sapelesam's advice.)
I'm sure I answered this about an hour ago for you bluesfan- not sure where my answer is, or have you reposted? Anyway, I said basically what saplesam says. I think jno has identified the problem.
Thanks for your replies. No, it's not going to the junk folder. I've tried setting up a secondary account, before I can use Iplayer they send you an activation email, & that email hasn't arrived, either.
What are you trying to use IPlayer on Blues? Laptop, IPad? Smart TV?
There have been some reports of Kaspersky for instance blocking data collection and needing to be reset to allow BBC player. Other in private browsers or ad blockers can cause the same issues. It may have started after an upgrade on one of them if you are utilising one. You will firstly have enable them for iplayer.
