Ling's Theme is listed as Miss Gulch's Theme from Wizard of Oz but I don't know whether that's what you're looking for.

Is that the 'if that man's got into your blood, go out and get him' one? I think Vonda Shepard did a version of it, check out the track listings for the soundtracks (there are a few of them i think)
