Like others before I received an email from Apple (from [email protected]!) saying I had subscribed to Netflix at £45.20 (including VAT at £0.87).

OK a scam - but how did they know I was chatting to my son about how much was it to sign up to Netflix? Spooky.

Arrods...how do YOU know, that they knew, that you had been speaking to your son ?

Rhetorical.
It's certainly a scam. However, I am at a loss to understand the reason the e/mail appears to be linked to flamerestaurants.com.

Furthermore, I think it is purely coincidental that you received the communication after you had been speaking to your son.

Hans.
Rhetorical what ?

I agree with hans...its a coincidence
Also been having them supposedly off Apple. One this morning had such bad gramma it stood out like a sore thumb.
For someone with the intelligence to compose and send these e-mails one would think they would find the correct grammar. With internet access it must be an easy matter.
>>>bad gramma

Oh dear !
I have been getting emails from various US military officers - one was only interested in an honest and caring woman. I wonder if he likes cats.
