especially at the weekend. I can't much to view even with a new smart tv and loads of channels. Except for strictly there is nothing i like for today..
I've had Prime and Netfilx recently so I'm working my way through a whole load of box sets that have been popular over the last few years. Currently watching American Horror Story and Fear the Walking Dead. Got loads more lined up and as Little Tiggs is at his dads this weekend I don't have to put up with Disney Junior! Lol
I try to get to see Ch4 news most nights. There is University Challenge on a Monday, and there are normally a few programs on Sunday night that I try to catch, I rarely watch ITV and never watch all those awful, so-called reality programs, on the satellite channels.
I quite like the 'Hardtalks' emmie, particularly with Stephen Sackur/ Sarah Montague. Usually on just as I'm leaving for work, never get to the end though. The last one Sarah Montague was interviewing Renzo Piano the architect of ' The Shard'
BBC4 has shown loads of interesting historical and arty stuff lately. Philby and Burgess recorded. Series on the Hapsburgs recently watched. At the moment watching last in Montefiore's three-part series "Blood and Gold: the Making of Spain..."
Eleena: I quite like the 'Hardtalks' particularly with Stephen Sackur/ Sarah Montague.
I often watch it (part of VE's research for his modern orthodoxies thesis), but always after midnight on BBC 1 News. When do you leave for work, Eleena?
Last night, because of the lack of anything worth seeing, I watched a couple of old "Keeping up Appearances" on my NOW TV thingy. Even though I had seen them before, I still laughed like a drain, especially when Onslow appeared on the screen. What a treasure we had in Geoffrey Hughes !
