No Email Service For Nearly A Week Now.

I was looking at emails and suddenly a box appeared saying cannot get mail.
I go to settings and it says username and or password are incorrect.
I phoned TalkTalk. Was on phone for nearly an hour. They said they would phone me between 12.00-2.00 Sunday. Someone rang Saturday night. Waffled on said they would contact me between 24-72 hours.
What can I do folks?

However if the problem is only on your iPad then
(a) you can access your mail (on your iPad or on any other device) simply by going to this web address

and logging into your account from there ; and
(b) there's a very good chance that the problem can be resolved on your email app simply by deleting the account and then creating it again.

NB: If the TalkTalk support staff didn't suggest deleting the account, and then creating it again, they clearly don't know how to do their job!
