I wasn't expecting it to be Moira.
Found it a bit far fetched considering since she had a traumatic birth and lost a lot of blood, she managed to get herself out of the hospital, drive her car up to the viaduct and proceed to have a row with Emma before giving her an almighty shove.

I was surprised as i thought adams exit would getting the blame for it and going to prison...would be a bit awkward now!
