Why didn't she ask for a different room when she realised how dirty the mattress was in the hostel? Come to think of it, there were plenty of beds for her to choose from in that room.

I'm so pleased that they didn't win, I bet she was fuming, serves he right. I was amazed when her other half said that the loose toilet was a stupid thing( cant remember exactly the words used) to complain about but they deducted money because of a loose toilet seat, strange!

She has had the most dreadful, vile abuse on her FB business page - that is totally uncalled for. On Trip Advisor, too. There are some nasty keyboard nutters on the loose!
Couldn't believe the £45 underpayment she made, though.

She is right in one way it is a game and she was playing it - but the underpayment was out of order!
