What (If Anything) Makes Your Sunday Special?

I love to cook a large roast dinner and we always eat at 1.30 p.m.
Crosswords in the afternoon and occasionally finding something worth reading in the Sunday papers. Regular 'phone calls to family/friends. A little gardening when weather allows. Hopefully a favourite programme in the evening to unwind.

237SJ - // I can't think of anything worse than retirement. //
Really? I think it's fabulous.
People always trot out the cliché, I bet you wondered how you found the time to go to work ... but I thought that even when I was at work!
I have six grandchildren, a great grand-child, three wonderful daughters, and my wonderful wife to spend time with. I have endless books to read, TV and films to watch, articles to write, bands and festivals go see, music to listen to, holidays to go on, I am a DJ, and working on being a cruise speaker, so I really do need all this time, and more, to fit everything in.

AH - I'm sure retirement is wonderful. My sister loves her retirement and is so busy that I don't know how she got the time to work. I work in aviation and like the maritime industry, it's a lifestyle and it's in the blood. I probably only have 5 or 6 years to go and I`ll be gutted when I give it up.
