Agreed
I enjoy the programme even though I don't watch any sports.
Why the reference to Benidorm?
i like question of sport, its fun and doesn't harm anyone, no bad language and can be very knowledgeable.
Don't really understand how you can compare the two. Benidorm occupies a prime 9pm slot and would need to maintain a certain number of viewers, while QOS occupies a much later spot, is light-hearted entertainment and is probably seen (nowadays) as a 'filler'.
Add to my earlier post; it is also probably much cheaper to produce than Benidorm.
Agree jordy, but it keeps sue barker in a job :-)
first two series were funny possibly the third, but it went down hill
the voyeuristic couple and the garveys were funny.
He died last September.
I used to like AQOS, but don't bother watching anymore. It's trying to be a bit like A League of Their Own, but not really managing it. Sue laughs and simpers along with Matt and Phil no matter what rubbish they spout, and Matt is too touchy-feely with his teammates. Makes me cringe.

Get rid of it, I say. Sue's still got Wimbledon and Queens to keep her going, although TBH I'd rather Clare Balding had those jobs.
They get too much right on QoS for it to be a genuine contest.
