For someone who had a kidney transplant so recently, she hasn't half recovered quickly. Looks great, full make up on, out and about and now her sex life's back on track. Amazing in soapland isn't it?!

no she is not his aunt there was a mix up with babies at hospital it did not come out till many years later Michele is not his birth mother
Michelle IS his birth mother. He was brought up by the other woman.
Alex "Ali" Neeson is the biological son of Michelle Connor and her late partner Dean.
Ryan was the child she brought up.
They are second cousins apparently

Is an aunt/uncle by marriage still related when the marriage ends?
They are still blood relatives because Johnnie is Carla’s father and Michelle’s uncle

Yes and also in soapland I can never understand why, David for example, who has been raped doesn't confide in his loved ones!! I'm sure if something so catastrophic had happened to me, I would want my nearest and dearest to help me through it.
hereIam, many many rape victims never tell anyone for various reasons.

Horse lady - I completely agree, didn't take her long to get back on track did it?

So much more could have been made of that storyline, it was wrapped up so quickly it was hardly worth them bothering.
