I agree about the actual story itself (and the Aiden storyline, I turned off for a couple of weeks, so haven't a clue how that panned out) but Jean was brilliant.

none of the soaps should be on before the watershed for a start. They seem to try and out do each other for sheer depravity. I don't have to see it, they get reported like they are news. Does anything positive ever happen in a soap? it's a sad indictment of our society that millions watch this tripe.

Will we ever see the end of the soaps, they are all running out of story lines. It might be an idea to ask the public to submit some ideas. Bring back Brookside.
